30-day change of mind returns

If something doesn't fit or isn't right, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

How to return

Email hello@standardsupply.au with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send a return label.

Return shipping for change-of-mind is at customer cost. Original shipping is non-refundable.
