Terms of Service

Welcome. These terms govern your use of standardsupply.au and any purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We try to write these in plain English. They're still binding.

1. Who we are

Standard Supply (ABN 42 810 227 645). Based in Queensland, Australia. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Standard Supply.

2. Using our site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't:

Copy or reproduce our content (designs, photography, copy, code) without written permission
Use the site to harass other users, scrape data, or attempt to access non-public areas
Submit false information or impersonate someone else

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you've breached these terms.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to display product images, descriptions, and pricing accurately. Errors happen occasionally. If we discover a pricing or description error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you with the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Colours may vary slightly between screens and physical product. We don't guarantee an exact match between digital images and physical garments.

Pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices include GST where applicable.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders, including for:

Stock availability
Errors in product or pricing information
Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an accepted order before dispatch, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is required at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm you're authorised to use that method.

6. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, rates, and regions. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Returns

See our Refund & Returns Policy. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

8. Intellectual property

All content on standardsupply.au — including logos, photography, product designs, copy, code, and the Standard Supply brand — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

We don't accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product is the amount you paid for that product
Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on our site. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
