What's your sizing like?

Boxy fits, true to size. Check the size guide for measurements. If between sizes, size down for fitted, up for relaxed.

What's the difference between Drops and Essentials?

Essentials are the everyday staples — Comfort Crewneck, Hoodie, Trackies, Shorts and tees. Always in stock, always restocked. Drops are one-off pieces. Made once. Never made again. If you miss a drop, that's it.

Can I return a Drop piece if it doesn't fit?

No. Drops are final sale because we don't restock them. Read the size guide carefully and ask us before you buy if you're unsure. Essentials get the 30-day return window.

How does the Members Club discount work at checkout?

Once you're a member with a tier-tag on your account, the discount auto-applies in cart. You won't need to enter a code. The bigger the tier, the bigger the discount on Essentials — up to 20% off.

What's a 1-of-1 access token?

Every month we make one unique piece. One person gets it. Members are in the queue. Your access token holds your spot. Cancel before the drop and the token goes back into the pool.

Can I cancel my membership before the next drop?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account. If you've already paid for the month, you'll still get the drop and your discount until the period ends. Reinstate before the next drop ships and your tokens carry over.

When do you ship after I order?

Orders ship from Helensvale QLD within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days, Express is 1-3 days metro. Free shipping over $120.
