Refund & Returns Policy

We back our gear. If something doesn't fit or isn't right, we'll sort it.

30-day change-of-mind returns

Item not what you hoped? Send it back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from marks, fragrance, or signs of wear

How to start a return

Email hello@standardsupply.au with your order number and which item you'd like to return. We'll send instructions within one business day.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at customer cost. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@standardsupply.au with your order number and photos.

We'll cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Items we can't accept back

  • Sale items marked "final sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by customer wear or washing
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
