The fine print.
Can I see what is in the drop before it ships?
No. That is the point. Every drop is a mystery, designed for the Club, never restocked. We will share the size + colours we are picking for you based on what you set in your preferences, but the piece itself stays a surprise until it lands.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. Skip from your account any time before the cut-off (around the 1st of the month) and you will not be charged or sent that month. Resume any time.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. No phone calls, no fine print, no hidden cancellation fee. You keep every piece that has already shipped.
Are there refunds on the drop?
No. Every drop piece is made for the Club and never restocked, so we cannot take returns or refunds on it. Set your sizes carefully and tell us what to never send so we do not waste a piece on you.
What about Essentials?
Standard 30-day returns apply on anything from the open Essentials shop. Members get a permanent % off on top.
How does the 1-of-1 win work?
Every month we make one extra piece. One member wins it. Higher tiers get more entries, and entries stack the longer you stay in. Cancel and your entries reset to zero.
